Emergency Contacts: We collect permission to access your contact list when you add emergency contacts in the app.
Ratings & Feedback: When you rate or leave feedback, we collect that information too.

2. Information We Gather While You Use the Aayo Rides Platform
Location: We track location data to provide accurate ride services. Riders' and Drivers' locations are monitored during the ride and for a short time afterward if needed.
Usage Details: We collect info about your rides, such as dates, times, routes, and payments, and also how you interact with our platform.
Device Info: We gather details about your device, including model, IP address, and browser type.
Communication Between Users: We use a third party to manage phone calls and texts between Riders and Drivers without sharing their actual phone numbers.
Address Book Contacts: If you grant permission, we’ll access your contacts to help with referrals.
Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies and other technologies to understand how you use our platform and improve your experience.
3. Information from Other Sources
Third-Party Services: We may get information from background check providers, insurance partners, and other services to enhance your experience and keep things running smoothly.
